この家について

A house that feels
like coming home

yururito is a designer-renovated guesthouse where vintage furniture and traditional fixtures create a warm, one-of-a-kind atmosphere. South-facing and full of sunlight, with views toward the Utsukushigahara highlands and a small garden that changes with the seasons.

Nawate Street, Nakamachi Street, AEON Mall and Matsumoto Castle are all about a 15-minute walk away — and a convenience store, supermarket, Starbucks and family restaurants are within 5 minutes.

This is more than a place to sleep. Renovating an empty house, we hope to create new work and new connections in this town — a place you'll want to come back to, run by a young team who chose to live and work here.

More than fixing an old house

Reviving this empty house is our small step toward regional revitalization — creating new work and a new flow of people. A young generation who returned or moved to this town lives and works here, keeping it lively.

We don't want to be chosen just for price or convenience. We want you to leave thinking "I want to go back to that guesthouse" — maybe even "I could live in this town." The connections and stories born here, we believe, slowly move the future of local life and economy.
